Information for Poster Presentation Authors

Prior to coming to the symposium venue, please make sure to check your poster number and the time when your poster is to be mounted, presented and dismounted.

All poster authors are encouraged to be present at their poster(s) during the corresponding poster presentation time.

Poster presentation I. (posters No. P 001 – P 080, P 083, P 084, P 101, P 127)

• to be mounted on Wednesday, 14 July 2010 at 08.00 – 09.00
• to be presented on Wednesday, 14 July 2010 at 15.30 – 16.30
• to be dismounted on Wednesday, 14 July 2010 at 18.10 – 19.00

Poster presentation II. (posters No. P 081 and further)

• to be mounted on Thursday, 15 July 2010 at 08.00 – 08.30
• to be presented on Friday, 16 July 2010 at 10.20 – 11.20
• to be dismounted on Friday, 16 July 2010 at 16.00 – 17.00

Poster dimensions

Height 120 cm x width 90 cm - portrait format (visible part of the poster board)
Self adhesive velcro for mounting posters will be available.

Please make sure to prepare your material beforehand so that it will fit neatly into the space available and can be easily attached to the board.
Suitable fixing materials will be provided by the Symposium organisers and assistance will be available on site.

The organisers are not responsible for loss or damage to those posters which are not removed by authors within the times of dismantling as indicated above. Posters not removed by their authors at the stated time will be automatically destroyed.
